#1 Notion ( @NotionHQ ) Notion is a true all-in-one platform. By far the app I use the most. It's my second brain, and it literally runs my personal and business life.

@NotionHQ #2 Ghost ( @Ghost ) With Ghost, you can easily start a blog or/and newsletter with free or paid memberships. I run all of my sites and specifically my own blog on Ghost. Great platform!

@NotionHQ @Ghost #3 Buffer ( @bufferapp ) With Buffer, you can schedule social media posts, like I did with this thread, actually. I love their in-depth analysis which helps me understand what content works.

@NotionHQ @Ghost @bufferapp #4 Crisp ( @crisp_im ) An all-in-one messaging platform with a website chat, knowledge base, and more. I run it on all of my software businesses to stay connected with our customers. Couldn't live without it!

@NotionHQ @Ghost @bufferapp @crisp_im #5 EmailOctopus ( @emailoctopus ) Straightforward email marketing tool with a visual builder. I use it weekly to send out my "weekly roundup" newsletter. Sign up if you're interested: mikestrives.com/weekly-roundup/

@NotionHQ @Ghost @bufferapp @crisp_im @emailoctopus #6 Endel ( @EndelSound ) Music optimized for focus (backed by neuroscience). It's the only focus-music I can listen to all day.

@NotionHQ @Ghost @bufferapp @crisp_im @emailoctopus @EndelSound #7 Simplify ( @useSimplify ) Turns your Gmail into a clutter-free and focused inbox. I spent so much time in my inbox, this is literally a life-saver. Thanks, @leggett, you're a legend!
